By accessing or using Matchable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Matchable is an AI-powered photo enhancement service that transforms your photos for dating profile use. We use artificial intelligence to enhance, modify, and generate variations of photos you provide.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete information
4. User Content
By uploading photos to Matchable, you:
- Confirm you have the right to use and share those photos
- Grant us a license to process, store, and transform the photos for service delivery
- Understand that AI-generated content is provided "as-is"
- Agree not to upload photos of others without their consent
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload photos of minors
- Upload explicit, violent, or offensive content
- Impersonate others or upload photos without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Use generated images for fraudulent purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Subscription and Payments
Matchable offers subscription plans with the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy (Section 7)
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
- Credits and generations may have expiration dates as specified
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your results. Our refund policy works as follows:
- Free redo: If you're not happy with your photos, our team will redo them at no additional cost — different styles, backgrounds, whatever it takes.
- Full refund: If you're still not satisfied after a redo, we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
- Credit refunds: If an AI generation fails for technical reasons, the credits used are automatically refunded to your account.
- How to request: Contact us at our contact page or email matchableofficial@gmail.com to request a redo or refund.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Matchable and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your original photos. Generated images are provided for your personal use.
9. AI-Generated Content
You acknowledge that:
- Generated images are created using artificial intelligence
- Results may vary and are not guaranteed
- AI-generated content may contain imperfections
- You are responsible for how you use generated images
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCREASED MATCHES OR DATING SUCCESS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCHABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
